Job summary

B&M Retail in Armley is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and ensure shelves are always full. This hands-on leadership role covers deliveries to the shop floor, with accountability for keeping stock correctly positioned and accessible for customers.

You’ll guide a team across night shifts and weekends, prioritise workloads, and drive availability and productivity targets. With a focus on efficiency, safety, and tidy presentation, you’ll help the store perform at its best and

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across night shifts and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
