Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is hiring a Replenishment Manager for our Nuneaton store. This permanent, full-time role oversees stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor to ensure shelves are stocked and available for customers.

You will lead a team in a hands-on, fast-paced retail setting, planning and adapting to stock changes while driving productivity and availability across shifts, including early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach and decisive under pressure.
