B&M are recruiting a Replenishment Manager for our Coatbridge store. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and well‑stocked for customers.

You will lead a team in a fast‑paced retail environment, prioritise tasks, and drive efficient replenishment processes while maintaining high standards of availability and store presentation.
