Job summary

B&M Retail seeks a Replenishment Manager for our new Carmarthen store, responsible for stock flow and replenishment from deliveries to the shop floor. This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends to ensure shelves are always full and ready for customers.

You will own replenishment, lead your team, keep the shop floor well-stocked and tidy, and respond quickly to stock changes while driving availability and productivity targets.
