Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Airport Retail Park store in Coventry. This hands-on leadership role oversees stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and well arranged for customers.

The role is permanent and full-time, with early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends required to support peak trading times.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach; able to work at pace.

Responsibilities
