Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Airport Retail Park store in Coventry. You will own stock replenishment, lead a team, and keep shelves full and easy to shop. The role requires hands-on leadership to manage deliveries, stock flow, and shop floor presentation.

In this permanent, full-time position, you will adapt to early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends, ensuring availability and productivity targets are met while guiding your team to work safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
