Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Carmarthen is seeking a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow, lead a team, and ensure shelves are consistently well stocked for customers.

This hands-on leadership role covers deliveries through to the shop floor, with early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends across a permanent, full-time schedule. You’ll drive stock availability, organise your team, and maintain tidy, shopper-friendly aisles.

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.

Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our new Carmarthen store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
