Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Rayleigh is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and ensure shelves are always stocked. This hands-on, full-time role covers deliveries to the shop floor and requires flexible hours across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends to keep stores running smoothly.

You will own stock replenishment across the store, lead a small team, and drive product availability. A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise and respond quickly are

Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our New Rayleigh store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
