Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Bury St Edmunds is hiring a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and ensure shelves are fully stocked for customers. This hands-on leadership role covers deliveries to the shop floor, planning stock levels, and driving availability and productivity.

The position requires a proactive, team-focused approach with experience in fast-paced retail or logistics. You will manage a team, organise daily operations, and uphold safe, efficient stock replenishment across the store.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
