Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Western Way store in Bury St Edmunds. You will own stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and easy to shop.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, and you will lead a team to maintain stock availability and store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
