Job summary

Panoramic Associates’ client seeks an experienced Programme Lead to direct and oversee the Repairs System programme, shaping repair operations, improving system efficiency, and supporting operational excellence in a forward-looking technology environment.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, drive project plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to deliver milestones, optimise repair cycles, and ensure high quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex programmes in repair, maintenance, or industrial systems.
• Solid project management knowledge with PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile.
• Excellent communication to engage stakeholders.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
• Ability to interpret technical data into strategic actions.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
