Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to take full ownership of complex customer programmes from sales handover through to programme closure. You will ensure delivery on time, to budget, to the required quality standards and in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programme/project management within engineering.
• Experience delivering complex programmes from initiation to closure.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management with budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own programmes from sales handover to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT) with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage scope, change, and financial performance including MCPs/CCPs.
• Prepare governance, reviews and status updates for customers and OEMs.
• Coordinate milestones (ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI) and risk mitigation.
