Clarion Housing Group in Stevenage is seeking an experienced Repairs Scheduling Leader to head a team of around 60 Repair Planners, Team Leaders and Planners, creating a high‑performing environment where people can succeed and customers receive a seamless repairs service.

You’ll develop the ideal repair booking experience, build a centre of excellence for bookings, and collaborate with Contact Centre, Digital and field teams to ensure accurate diagnosis, scheduling and timely resolution.
