Job summary

Two Rivers Housing in Newent is seeking a Head of Repairs Operations to lead a broad service covering responsive repairs, refurbishments, grounds, cleaning and planned works. You will work with tenants, contractors and colleagues to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service that gets things right first time.

You will join the Senior Management Team, using data and feedback to drive improvement while ensuring safety, compliance and value for money across repairs, maintenance and facilities

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent; sector experience accepted.
• Management qualification such as ILM/CMI (desirable).
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
• MRICS or MCIOB would be an advantage.
• Full driving licence and access to a car insured for business use.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar health and safety qualification/experience (desirable).
• Project Management qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of responsive repairs, empty homes refurbishment, grounds maintenance, cleaning services and planned maintenance programmes.
• Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service with first-time-right delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and provide technical expertise across repairs, maintenance and facilities management.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and customer feedback.
