Repairs Surveyor needed in Swindon. Paying £34.91 per hr ref OR12732. Full time hours on a temporary basis.

We’re seeking a skilled Repairs Surveyor to support the delivery of responsive repairs across tenanted homes, garages, and commercial properties. You’ll manage day-to-day repairs, conduct safety inspections, diagnose faults, and liaise with contractors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor repairs in domestic and commercial buildings.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Diagnose faults and recommend effective solutions.
  • Support housing officers with technical issues and no-access cases.
  • Raise and manage accurate works orders and variations.
