We are looking to recruit a Team Leader / Supervisor to join us in our branch in Bromley.
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for leading a team and supporting daily activities. You’ll drive excellent service standards, influence profitability, manage budgets, and ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, whilst maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Candidates should have previous experience in a trade background (e.g., plumbing, multi-skilled, carpentry) ideally within a social housing environment. You should be well-organized, knowledgeable about Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be IT literate, specifically in Microsoft Office, and capable of communicating effectively at all levels.
