As a Repairs Supervisor, you will support and deliver an effective direct works service to our customers. You will be responsible for supporting operatives to follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with risk management, and possessing knowledge/experience in trade-based activities.
You will manage a range of operatives to achieve high-quality work in a safe, efficient, and effective manner aligned with our guiding standards. Operating with a multi-skilled and diverse customer and staff base, you will contribute to overall resource planning and support colleagues to meet our objectives.

To be considered for this role, you will need technical knowledge of one or more trades or be able to demonstrate relevant experience. You should be confident working independently and making decisions on your own.
You should also demonstrate the ability to motivate, manage, and organize the safe day-to-day activities of the workforce by communicating effectively and working as part of a team.
