An established industry player is seeking a Repairs Supervisor to lead a dedicated team within their Responsive Maintenance division. We have an opportunity for a Repairs Supervisor to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Walton-On-Thames office, so ideally, we need someone local to the KT12 area.
You will be partnering with one of our long-term social housing partners, managing a team of approximately 10 reports. Managing both client relationships and a team is key.
Works include delivering reactive and some planned maintenance to our residents.
Given the nature of the role, we are looking for an experienced supervisor from a social housing background with trade knowledge.
You must have a full UK driving licence and an SSSTS qualification at a minimum. Ideally, you will also have SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness (UKATA).
Due to the nature of the position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at the offer stage.
