Job summary

Wates Group in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Repairs Supervisor to oversee our responsive maintenance services across social housing properties. You will lead a team of operatives to deliver high-quality repairs and void refurbishments, while ensuring safety and professional standards at all times.

The role requires SSSTS, experience in social housing maintenance, knowledge of multiple trades, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) is required.
• Proven experience in social housing maintenance, including reactive repairs and voids.
• Strong understanding of kitchens, bathrooms, electrical and general building trades.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• A full UK driving licence.
