Job summary

Wates Smartspace in Birmingham is seeking a repairs supervisor to oversee responsive maintenance services across social housing properties.

Join Our Team – Repairs Supervisor

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Repairs Supervisor to oversee our responsive maintenance services across social housing properties in Birmingham. If you have solid experience in managing day-to-day repairs, voids, and planned works, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of multiple trades – kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, and general building.


• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.


• A full UK driving licence.
