The Guinness Partnership in Havant is seeking a Service Manager to lead an area-based repairs and maintenance team on a permanent basis. The role is 40 hours weekly, covering 8:00 am–7:00 pm, Mon–Fri with Saturday mornings on a rota.

A hybrid working model is in place, and a works van is provided for business use. You will manage performance, drive safe, customer-focused repairs, and ensure service delivery standards across the team while operating across Portsmouth, Waterlooville and adjoining

Qualifications

• Experience leading, managing and developing operational teams.
• Strong understanding of building construction, social housing repairs, and health and safety legislation.
• Experience using repairs management information systems.
• Proven ability to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service.
