Job summary

Abri is hiring two Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planners to join our London team. The role focuses on keeping repairs and servicing on track, ensuring the right operative is assigned to the right job at the right time.

You will coordinate diaries, manage repairs and maintenance, handle emergency and overdue work, and keep customers informed with clear updates. Based at our London office, five days a week.

• Organised and detail oriented with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage operatives’ diaries to ensure timely attendance at jobs.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and servicing with customers and suppliers.
• Prioritise emergency and overdue work to meet commitments.
• Provide clear, timely updates to customers throughout the process.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure resources are available when needed.
