Abri is seeking a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Supervisor to lead our planning team and ensure our engineers' diaries are planned efficiently to maximise productivity and first-time fixes. This full-time, office-based role requires coordinating gas servicing, smoke alarms, fire safety, renewables, and testing programmes while supporting a values-led organisation.

• Lead a team of Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planners, ensuring engineers' diaries are planned efficiently to maximise productivity, reduce travel time and promote first-time fixes.
• Coordinate a range of compliance services including gas servicing, smoke alarm servicing, fire alarms, renewables and installation and testing programmes.
• Provide leadership, support and guidance to the team, deputise for Scheduling and Administration Manager as needed.
