Job summary

Abri is seeking two Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planners to support our repairs service by ensuring the right operatives are scheduled at the right times. You will coordinate diaries, manage workloads, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.

You will communicate clearly with customers, address no-access issues, and uphold our first-time fix approach while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and with a variety of audiences.
• Experience dealing with No Access issues.
• Demonstrates our Values and Behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee diaries, schedule works, and manage operative workloads to ensure daily completion.
• Engage with customers, provide timely updates, and minimize disruption.
• Allocate unscheduled jobs and handle emergency repairs per SLA.
• Liaise with suppliers/contractors to arrange delivery of materials/equipment.
• Perform administrative duties, update job stages, and use reports/CRM.
• Coordinate with System Administrators to resolve system problems with minimal disruption.
• Perform any other duties commensurate with the role.
