Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Scheduler / Repairs Planner to join our busy property maintenance team in a full-time, office-based role.

You’ll organise works, book appointments and keep day-to-day maintenance running smoothly, speaking with residents and operatives to coordinate tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in social housing or property services, be highly organised, comfortable with high call volumes, and able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accurate

Formación

• Experience planning or scheduling responsive repairs.
• Good working knowledge of SOR codes and how they are used within repairs and maintenance.
• Experience managing a high volume of jobs and changing priorities.
• Experience coordinating operatives and/or subcontractors.
• Confident communicating with customers and residents, including vulnerable residents.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and enquiries.
• Able to prioritise emergency and urgent repairs alongside planned workloads.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep accurate records.
• Comfortable using job management, scheduling or repairs systems.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Booking repair and maintenance appointments.
• Working with SOR codes as part of the repairs process.
• Scheduling operatives and coordinating daily workloads.
• Speaking with tenants and residents over the phone.
• Rearranging appointments when priorities change.
• Updating job information and keeping records accurate.
• Liaising with engineers, tradespeople and operational teams.
• Helping resolve scheduling clashes and missed appointments.
• Supporting urgent and reactive works.
• Keeping customers updated on appointment times and changes.
