Job summary

Platinum Search Recruitment Limited is seeking a Repairs Scheduler/Administrator to coordinate reactive repairs for a busy social housing repairs team in Broxbourne. You will manage scheduling, allocate tasks to operatives and subcontractors, and maintain clear communication with residents and clients.

The role requires strong organisational skills, experience with repairs management systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with scheduling systems and MS Office.
• Background in repairs scheduling or maintenance coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate reactive repairs and maintenance works.
• Allocate jobs to directly employed operatives and subcontractors.
• Manage daily diaries, workloads and appointment schedules.
• Liaise with residents and customers to arrange appointment times.
• Monitor repairs to ensure progress within SLAs.
