Job summary

Hyde Group in Havant is seeking a Repairs Planner Scheduler to coordinate trade operatives' diaries and deliver timely repairs and servicing appointments.

You will organise schedules, communicate with customers and operatives, prioritise urgent jobs, ensure materials and routes are ready, and fill gaps to maintain productivity. The role requires strong organisational and MS Office skills and a collaborative approach within the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Scheduling or PA experience is desirable; social housing background helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage the schedules of trade operatives to keep appointments.
• Communicate with customers and operatives to arrange or adjust appointments.
• Prioritise urgent or overdue jobs to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure operatives have materials and routes for their jobs.
• Fill gaps in schedules with planned work to maintain productivity.
• Track job progress and updates from subcontractors.
