Job summary

The Oyster Partnership is seeking a Repairs Scheduler to join a busy housing repairs team in the United Kingdom. You will schedule repair works, manage operatives' diaries, and ensure timely completions while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

You will coordinate with tenants, contractors and internal teams, monitor diaries to maximise productivity, handle calls and emails, and maintain accurate records in housing management systems to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs scheduling, planning, or housing repairs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience using scheduling or housing management systems is desirable.
