Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. in Surrey is seeking a Scheduler / Repairs Planner to join its busy property maintenance team. This fully office-based, permanent role focuses on organising works, booking appointments and keeping day-to-day maintenance activity running smoothly.

You’ll spend much of your day speaking with residents, operatives and internal teams, staying calm when priorities change and ensuring records and job details are kept up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or property maintenance.
• Confident speaking to customers and residents.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls.
• Comfortable using computer systems and keeping records updated.

Responsibilities

• Booking repair and maintenance appointments.
• Scheduling operatives and coordinating daily workloads.
• Speaking with tenants and residents over the phone.
• Rearranging appointments when priorities change.
• Updating job information and keeping records accurate.
• Liaising with engineers, tradespeople and operational teams.
• Helping resolve scheduling clashes and missed appointments.
• Supporting urgent and reactive works.
• Keeping customers updated on appointment times and changes.
• General coordination and administration around live jobs.
