Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited in Surrey is seeking a Scheduler / Repairs Planner to join our busy office-based team. You’ll organise work, book appointments and keep day-to-day maintenance activities running smoothly.

You will spend time speaking with residents, operatives and internal teams, staying organised as workload changes, and adapting schedules to priority needs. Previous experience in social housing or property maintenance is ideal, but the key is strong communication and organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing, property maintenance, construction or similar service led environment is ideal
• Key is being confident dealing with people and staying organised when workloads change
• Experience handling scheduling or planning is a plus

Responsibilities

• Booking repair and maintenance appointments
• Scheduling operatives and coordinating daily workloads
• Speaking with tenants and residents over the phone
• Rearranging appointments when priorities change
• Updating job information and keeping records accurate
• Liaising with engineers, tradespeople and operational teams
• Helping resolve scheduling clashes and missed appointments
• Supporting urgent and reactive works
• Keeping customers updated on appointment times and changes
• General coordination and administration around live jobs
