Ganymede Solutions Ltd is seeking a Scheduler / Repairs Planner to join our busy Surrey team. This office-based role focuses on organising works, booking appointments and keeping maintenance activity running smoothly.

You will spend much of your time speaking with residents, operatives and internal teams, so being organised and comfortable on the phone is essential. A structured, customer-focused approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or property maintenance.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Comfortable speaking to residents and customers on the phone.
• Able to handle a high volume of calls and changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Booking repair and maintenance appointments.
• Scheduling operatives and coordinating daily workloads.
• Speaking with tenants and residents over the phone.
• Rearranging appointments when priorities change.
• Updating job information and keeping records accurate.
• Liaising with engineers, tradespeople and operational teams.
• Helping resolve scheduling clashes and missed appointments.
• Supporting urgent and reactive works.
• Keeping customers updated on appointment times and changes.
• General coordination and administration around live jobs.
