Qualifications

• Planning/scheduling experience essential.
• Social housing/property maintenance experience preferred.
• IT literate with Microsoft packages; training on in-house system provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner and good customer service.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers to report repairs or defects.
• Schedule operatives' work and book appointments, including follow-ons.
• Coordinate with clients, surveyors, and operatives through to completion; participate in client meetings as needed.
• Manage operatives' diaries to ensure productivity.
