Broxtowe Borough Council is seeking a Repairs Scheduler to join the Housing Repairs Team. This role schedules appointments for larger repairs, coordinates diaries for in-house operatives and external contractors, and allocates resources to meet service demands.

You will work in a busy, customer-focused environment with strong communication and IT skills, handling changing priorities and keeping tenants informed throughout the repairs process.

Qualificações

• Experience with scheduling appointments, workloads or resources in a busy operational environment.
• Delivering excellent customer service and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Working with IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Managing competing priorities and responding to changing demands.
• Co-ordinating work with internal Operatives, Contractors and Tenants.
• Experience in housing repairs, maintenance or local government or similar service environment (desirable).
