Qualifications

• Experience as a Repairs Planner or Scheduler, coordinating multiple operatives.
• Background in repairs, maintenance, social housing or property services is preferred.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use repairs management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily diaries for 12 operatives.
• Schedule and allocate repairs and maintenance jobs efficiently.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor workloads.
• Liaise with operatives, supervisors, subcontractors and residents on appointments and updates.
• Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure completion within timescales.
• Handle cancellations, rebooks and scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Provide updates to operations on progress and outstanding works.
