Job summary

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an Operational Resource Planner to support a repairs service. You will coordinate and schedule daily workloads for trades teams and contractors, ensuring appointments are managed and KPIs met, with accurate systems and strong customer service.

You will work under pressure, using problem-solving skills and attention to detail to maximise resources in a fast-paced environment. 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional late shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating appointments for large teams in fast-paced settings.
• Administration experience with accurate records.
• Experience working with computerised and manual office systems.
• Experience communicating with the public.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and targets.
• NVQ Level 2 in Business Admin/Customer Service or equivalent.
