Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Repair Supervisor to oversee the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance across a social housing contract. You will manage a team of operatives, ensure repairs are completed safely and on time, and provide excellent customer service to residents.

The role requires leading multi-trade teams, coordinating with residents and clients, and maintaining high standards of workmanship in all repair activities.

• Previous experience as a Repairs Supervisor within social housing.
• Experience managing multi-trade operatives and contractors.
• Knowledge of responsive repairs and maintenance.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.

• Supervise responsive repairs, planned maintenance and void works.
• Manage and support multi-trade operatives and subcontractors.
• Carry out pre- and post-inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Liaise with residents, clients and internal teams to resolve repair issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Raise variations where required and maintain accurate job records.
• Support the delivery of a high-quality repairs service and excellent customer satisfaction.

Repair Supervisor

Location: North Kensington, London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

Pay: £24.56ph UMB (Contract to permanent)

Job Summary

Responsive Repair Supervisor carrying out day to day supervision of operatives on the Octavia branch response contract. Conducting pre inspections of tenanted properties, identifying building faults and assigning the correct resources. Have an excellent understanding of new damp and mould legislation (Awaabs Law) with the required knowledge to carry out effective accurate damp and mould surveys
