Job summary

Regen Solutions is seeking a capable Supervisor (Responsive Repairs) in Canterbury to lead a team delivering reactive and daily repairs on a social housing contract.

You will supervise operatives, manage WIP, toolbox talks, inspections, and KPI targets, while liaising with customers and ensuring timely, high-quality finishes.

The role requires an NVQ 2/3, UK RTW, SSSTS, asbestos awareness, DBS, clean driving licence, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience working as a supervisor or above.
• Good Social Housing Knowledge.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean driving licence.
• SSSTS qualification.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Clean DBS.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the contract ensuring operatives work efficiently and productively.
• WIP management, toolbox talks, pre/post inspections, DLO management.
• Dealing with reactive and day-to-day repairs.
• Ensure suppliers/subcontractors meet KPI targets and timelines.
• Liaise with customers and handle queries or issues.
• Ensure works are completed on time and to high quality standards.
• Complete time sheets, worksheets and reports; attend inspections as needed.
• Drive between sites; maintain a tidy and safe workplace.
• Be proficient with Excel for reporting.

Maintenance Contractor

A well-established, maintenance contractor that have an excellent reputation in the industry. They are looking to on board an experienced supervisor that can bring their expertise to the team.

Role:

• Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively.
• WIP Management, tool box talks, pre/post inspections, DLO management.
• Dealing with Reactive and Day to Day Repairs.

• Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.
• Have experience dealing with responsive repairs with social housing contracts.
• Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise.
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
• Ensure all client's expectations are achieved.
• Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure.
• Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties
• Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.
• To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
• Attend inspections where necessary.
• Be computer literate and be able to effectively use Excel.
