Job summary

United Living Group seeks a repairs supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities for the contract area and manage a team of 10+ PAYE operatives handling reactive maintenance repairs. You will ensure work progresses to plan, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with schedulers and planners.

You will attend client meetings, provide updates, conduct post-inspections, and liaise with residents while contributing to quotes using Schedule of Rates and prioritising jobs for efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong IT knowledge.
• Asbestos awareness certificate.
• In date DBS check.
• Experience of dealing with multi trade operatives and sub-contractors.
• Housing sector experience preferred.
• Valid driving license.
