• Educated to degree level in Health Informatics, etc. or substantial experience.
• Postgraduate qualification in public health and/or healthcare informatics or equivalent.
• Degree level education in Health Informatics or similar subject; professional body membership would be desirable.

• Develop systems and processes to support programme functioning.
• Deliver tasks from the programme plan on time and within quality standards.
• Maintain high-quality work supporting project delivery and cost-effectiveness.
