Zusammenfassung

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is expanding its Business Intelligence team to deliver innovative analytics that inform decision-makers across clinical, operational and research domains. You will work with around 20 BI Analysts and engineers to develop skills across SQL, ETL, and data visualization, drawing from large EPR-derived data sources to support performance and care improvement.

The role offers opportunities for training, development, and flexible delivery models to maximise staff

Qualifikationen

Experience handling clinical or operational data in a large organisation.
Ability to analyse large datasets and translate findings for varied audiences.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
Excellent communication with clinical and operational teams and external bodies.

Aufgaben

Provide daily assistance to Senior Analysts by extracting data and populating templates.
Liaise with colleagues to ensure data is collected accurately and timely.
Ensure deadlines for information provision are met by planning and prioritising work.
Run reports as required by senior analysts and external bodies.
Provide informatics support to meet statutory and internal reporting deadlines.
Work within the BI team to deliver information within agreed timescales.
Develop relationships with PbR/SLR, BI, Performance and Finance teams.
