East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a BI Analyst to deliver and maintain BI solutions that support the system information agenda. You will interrogate information systems, produce routine and ad hoc reports, and provide data-driven insight and KPIs for decision making.

The role requires advanced SQL, data analysis and BI development skills. You will work across departments, contribute to One LSC initiatives and support junior staff in a busy NHS data environment.

Qualificações

• Good general education
• Degree or equivalent in Information or related area
• Postgraduate diploma in Information or related area
• ECDL or equivalent
• Evidence of professional/personal development

Responsabilidades

• Provide reports, data and analysis to support managers and planning groups.
• Perform specialist statistical analysis of service use data and quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain BI solutions and complex information reports.
• Lead on reporting to internal stakeholders and promote BI usage for planning.
• Collaborate with Data Quality, Reporting, Data Engineering and Performance teams.
• Support and develop junior staff with technical training.
