Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is recruiting an East of England Business Intelligence Developer to provide data and insights for monitoring long-term conditions, health inequalities and virtual wards development. The role requires linking data from multiple sources using SQL Server data warehouses and delivering actionable insights for transformation and care pathway redesign.

The post holder will work with programme leads to support key decisions and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience in linking data from multiple sources and deriving actionable insights.
• Strong SQL Server data warehouse experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience supporting transformation, clinical improvement and redesign projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide data and robust insights for monitoring long-term conditions and health inequalities.
• Support development and implementation of virtual wards.
