Job summary

N Consulting Limited is seeking a Workday Learning Talent Analyst/Developer for a fully remote position. The successful candidate will support configuration across Workday Learning, Talent, and Performance functionality by troubleshooting issues, creating documentation, and managing testing cycles.

Required are 3–5 years of Workday functional experience and strong problem-solving skills. This role includes the creation of clear documentation and managing multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Workday functional experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance.
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releases.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration across Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with leads to identify root cause.
• Create and maintain documentation related to configuration and business processes.

Skills

Working knowledge of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance modules

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to create clear, structured documentation

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail

Clear communication skills
