VirtualResource is seeking a highly skilled Workday Talent, Performance & Learning Architect to join our consulting team and deliver Workday projects across client environments. You will partner with clients to design and implement innovative Workday Talent and Learning solutions, providing expert guidance on best practices to help organisations achieve workforce transformation goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Workday Architect and specialist in Talent/Performance/Learning.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of Workday Talent, Performance, Succession, Learning, Career Development, and Skills Cloud solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practice talent management and learning strategies.
Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering with key stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday designs.
Provide functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Create and maintain solution design documentation and architectural artefacts.
Advise clients on Workday leading practices and future product capabilities.
Support configuration teams with solution guidance and design governance.
Collaborate with project managers and client teams to ensure successful delivery.
Lead reviews, gap assessments and process optimisation exercises.
Lead functional testing, UAT and deployment readiness activities.
Manage stakeholder expectations and build client relationships.
Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Mentor consultants and junior team members in the practice.
Contribute to internal capability development and knowledge sharing.
