Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose for our global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday systems, build solid customer relationships, and help clients achieve their HR transformation goals.

You will train end-users, participate in full project cycles as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer, and travel to customer sites or global events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise translating client requirements into Workday configurations.
• Experience advising customers on Workday evolutions and best practices.
• Strong commitment to Workday Methodology and fully adapted modules.
• Experience across project lifecycle: workshops, design docs, UAT, end-user training.
• Excellent prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. Build relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Training end-users.
• Participate in every phase of a Workday implementation, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer.
• Contribute to development and optimization of our propositions and differentiators to grow the business.
• Travel to customer sites or to attend global events as required.
