Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Lead to guide large-scale HR transformation projects on the Workday platform. You will lead end-to-end implementations, collaborate with clients and teams across locations, and drive adoption of best practices in HCM and performance management.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while delivering value in a global, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects.
• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or equivalent cloud-based platforms.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.
• Able to lead diverse teams and manage client interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM and Talent & Performance workstreams from initiation to deployment.
• Host workshops and drive discussions on Workday topics.
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress.
• Collaborate with clients and Accenture colleagues to exceed expectations.
• Drive innovation with new methods and assets.
