Cognizant is seeking an experienced AMS Consultant focused on Workday integrations for post‑production support in the UK. You will manage incidents, monitor solutions, and deploy new integrations while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes technical depth in Workday integration technologies, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work across multiple client environments. UK residency and SC clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of Workday consulting experience in a technical or techno‑functional role.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Workday integrations in a post‑go‑live or AMS environment.
• Proficiency with REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP/S, SSL, PGP, SAML and Workday integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide post‑production AMS support for Workday integrations across multiple client environments.
• Solve complex inter‑system issues leveraging SaaS, SOA, and web services expertise.
• Optimize integration operations and deploy new integrations to meet evolving business needs.
• Execute day‑to‑day AMS activities including incident resolution, monitoring, troubleshooting, and break/fix support.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge to grow the AMS practice.
• Gather requirements and configure, test, and deploy integration solutions.
