Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced AMS Consultant specialized in Workday integrations to join our post‑production support team in the Greater London area. You will manage end‑to‑end AMS activities, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and optimize ongoing Workday integrations to meet evolving client needs.

Ideally you have 2–5 years of Workday consulting experience in a technical or techno‑functional role, with strong REST/JSON/SOAP, SaaS architectures, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of Workday consulting experience in a technical or techno‑functional role.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Workday integrations in a post‑go‑live or AMS environment.
• Proficiency with REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP/S, SSL, PGP, SAML and Workday integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide post‑production AMS support for Workday integrations across multiple client environments.
• Solve complex inter‑system issues leveraging SaaS, SOA, and web services expertise.
• Optimize integrations and deploy new ones to meet evolving business needs.
• Execute day‑to‑day AMS activities including incident resolution, monitoring, and break/fix support.
• Support varied client contracts, including staff augmentation and project delivery.
• Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate as needed.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge within the AMS practice.
