Cognizant in the United Kingdom is seeking a Workday Payroll specialist to provide post-production support across multiple client engagements.

You will partner with clients to understand requirements, troubleshoot payroll issues, and support data loads, configurations, and releases. This role offers remote work options and opportunities to develop expertise through ongoing Workday training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday Payroll experience in implementation, support, or AMS environments.
• Active Workday Payroll Certification preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements, testing solutions, and supporting business users.
• Understanding of Workday configuration, security, and tenant management.
• Eligible for UK SC Clearance and able to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Provide post-production Workday Payroll support across client engagements.
• Support day-to-day AMS activities including incidents, service requests, enhancements, and problem resolution.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll-related functional issues.
• Configure and maintain payroll functionality, earnings, deductions, and calculations.
• Support data loads, validation, and configuration migrations between Workday tenants.
• Collaborate with HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations teams.
• Build client relationships and promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
