Cognizant in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations AMS Consultant to provide post‑production support across multiple client environments and optimize integrations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ideally 2–5 years of Workday consulting experience in a technical or techno‑functional role.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Workday integrations in a post‑go‑live or AMS environment.
• Proficiency with integration technologies and monitoring/support models.

Responsibilities

• Provide post‑production application‑managed support for Workday integrations across multiple environments.
• Solve complex inter‑system issues leveraging SaaS, SOA, and web services expertise.
• Optimize existing integrations and deploy new ones to meet evolving business needs.
• Execute AMS activities: incident resolution, monitoring, troubleshooting, and break/fix support.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge to grow the AMS practice.
• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and configure, test, and deploy solutions.
